Last summer (2017) The energy and effort Massimo and his team puts into the business to be able to satisfy all of the homeowners as well as the guests is enormous. I get all of the information I need promptly, the taxes are paid and payment transferred without outstanding. The team do take extremely good care of all of the guests that stay's at the Villa, even if this is friends of mine and not part of the agreement. I am very happy with the arrangement with Puglia Paradise and do not regret a second that I choose to enter into an agreement with them and not one of the other agencies. The percentages of rented weeks through Puglia Paradise have exceeded my expectations and I love working with them. As living quite remote from the property (Norway) my possibilities to access are limited so having a agency which I trust and are able to access and help at any time has saved me a lot of worries and given me all the safety I need as a homeowner from abroad. Puglia Paradise is the best decision we made with regards to having our Italian property looked after and rented out. Massimo and his team have the highest of professional ethics when it comes to looking after both owners and guests and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. We have been able to leave the day to day running and bookings of Trullo Fantastico to Massimo and his team knowing it is in good hands while we are not there. He helps and assists with everything we ask about and takes care of a lot of other things we don't know about until later. Maintenance issues, purchases, local problems etc are all resolved by Puglia Paradise. We are regularly updated on renting process with reports and future planning every time we meet up. We are extremely happy with the service provided, the professionalism and the energy that the team put in to looking after our Italian investment, like it was their own! To be able to trust a local company saves us a lot of worries when living in England and I cannot recommend Puglia Paradise enough to any other homeowner looking for an agency who exceeds the norm in every aspect of service, skills and dedication. .
