Choosing your villa

Who can give me information about the villas I’m interested in?

Just get in touch with us and we will help you to choose the most suitable villa for your holidays in Puglia. We are from Puglia and love our region. Making sure you book the most suitable villa for your needs and preferences is our top priority. Therefore please feel free to contact us.

However we encourage you to have a look at our villa collection where professional pictures and videos are available to give a clear idea about what you can expect.

What is the maximum capacity of your villas?

For each villa the maximum capacity is clearly stated on the villa gallery and in the villa description page. It is the maximum number of persons that can stay in the home, considering both beds and sofa beds. The stated number includes children and infants.

Where can I check prices and availability?

Prices and availability for each individual villa are shown in the villa page. Simply open the calendar to check availability. In order to get the price select arrival date and departure date.

Once I decide the villa how do I complete my booking?

Can we arrive and depart at any day during the week?

Yes, we are very flexible in terms of check-in and check-out days.

Can I only book 7 nights?

No, we are very flexible with the length of stay. Depending on the period you can book from 2 nights (mid and low season) or from 4 nights (high season). However please consider that the longer the say, the lower become the price per night: therefore we always invite you to check the total price if you stay one night longer.

Are your villas safe for children?

All our vacation villas as are perfect for families with children. They have been tested by numerous families with children. However, swimming pools by their nature carry their own inherent risks. Therefore you must ensure that you and all members of your party take great care when using or being near your swimming pool. When using the pool, children must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult.

Are your villas suitable for guests with limited mobility or disabilities?

We take accessibility very seriously, and believe that limited mobility or disability should not be a restriction when on holiday. However, every vacation villa in our portfolio is different and some are better suited for guests with mobility impairments than others. We encourage you to contact us for a deep evaluation of your need and the most suitable solution for your stay.

What’s included and excluded

What is exactly included and excluded from the price?

The price includes:

– villa perfectly clean and sanitised at arrival 

– fresh linen, bath and pool towels at arrival (1 set per person) 

– cleaning, with linen and towels change every 4 nights

– final cleaning 

– pool cleaning twice a week

– all utilities

The price excludes:

– tourist tax to be paid before departure by credit card or cash

– the damage deposit to be secured by credit card before your arrival 

– optional experiences and services that you may request to enrich your holidays

Is electricity included?

Electricity is always included in the rental price. We do ask Guests to use electrical appliances and lighting in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner. Only villas with an electrically heated pool might be subject from time to time to an extra price, if so, this will clearly be mentioned.

Is gas included?

Gas is always included in the rental price. We do ask Guests to use electrical appliances and lighting in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.

Is water included?

Yes, water is included in the rental price. We do ask Guests to use the water in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner.

Is heating included?

Unless stated differently heating is included in the rental price. Occasionally and for special offers we might exclude the heating, in that case it will clearly be stated.

Are final cleanings included?

Final cleaning are always included.

May I request additional cleaning?

Yes, you can request extra-cleaning with or without linen and towels change.

Are linen and towels provided?

Yes. On arrival you will find all the beds made up, bath towels and pool towels for your entire party. They are replaced every 4th days during the intermediate cleanings.

How often are linen and towels changed?

Linen and towels are replaced every 4th day.

Is there a washing machine?

Yes, all our villas are equipped with a washing machine.

Is there an iron and ironing board?

The vast majority of our villas have an iron and ironing board available at the villa. However in case you need an iron and ironing board please let us know and we will arrange them for free.

Is there an Internet access?

All our villas have free Wi-fi internet access for Guests. Because most villas are located in isolated areas, the internet speed can be slower than what we expect in cities and towns.

How often will my villa be cleaned during my stay?

All our villas are clean every 4th day, so on average twice a week.

Check-in & check-out

How will I find my holiday villa?

Before you leave we will provide you with the detailed directions of how to get to your vacation villa. This will include the GPS coordinates you can set on your smartphone or GPS system to reach the entrance without any trouble.

Who will I meet at the arrival?

At your arrival, you will always be welcomed by your Guest Angel. He/she is the same person who will get in contact with you at least two days before your arrival. He/she will give you a quick introduction to the house and assist you with any need or problems you might have during your stay.

When can I check in?

Depending on the villa, check-in is possible from 4pm or 5pm on the first day of your stay. The exact check-in time is mentioned in the villa page. We kindly ask you to provide your flight details so that we can make sure someone will be at the villa to welcome you at an agreed time. Should you be delayed on the day of arrival, please inform your Guest Angel who will have already been in contact with you for a few days.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Just inform your Guest Angel. He/she will help you with the car rental companies or with transfers as requested.

When do I have to check out by?

Standard check-out time is by 10.00am. It is not generally possible to check-out after this time as the house needs to be cleaned and prepared thoroughly for the arrival of other guests. If there are no other guests arriving that day it may be possible to extend check-out time by a couple of hours but this needs to be checked and confirmed by us case by case.

I’m arriving late or I will be tired at the arrival. What can I eat?

In all our villas you will find a “Welcome Pack” with a selection of local products. However, that’s not suitable for a meal or for breakfast. If you are arriving late or on Sunday afternoon, we suggest you to book our Essential Grocery Package. With our Essential Grocery you will find a selection of food and essentials. It is suitable for 6/8 people and includes all the essential condiments, the necessary to prepare an excellent pasta dish, everything you need for breakfast, and products such as toilet paper, napkins and dish soap.

How many sets of keys will I get?

This depends on the size of the house and the number of people in your group. Generally you will get one set of keys for every 5 people.

Extras

Which extras can you provide?

As a tour operator, we can provide you with many add-on services and experiences to enrich your holidays.

When do I need to book extras?

You can book extras at the time you book the villa, before our arrival or even during your stay. Some services and experiences are subject to availability, therefore the sooner you book them, the better it is.
