Trekking at Torre Guaceto reserve is still one of the seaside experiences off the beaten track in Puglia that will allow you to discover one of the most immaculate and amazing nature reserves in Puglia. Walking inside, along paths rich in history with millenary settlements and completely immersed in the olive trees, we will breathe the smells of the typical Mediterranean scrub. Then we will approach the coast to enjoy enchanting beaches not accessible by car, until we reach the heart of the reserve, the ancient Torre Guaceto.
During this excursion you will get lost and find yourself a thousand times, you will almost seem to step out of time, you will let yourself be carried away by the stories of plants and the story of men and waves in search of the essence of this special stretch of the Adriatic. An essential experience to get to know the different reserve natural environments. During the tour there will be a stop for a swim in the Caletta delle Conchiglie (Shells Bay).
Recommended clothing: trekking and/or gym shoes, comfortable clothing suitable for the season (tracksuit, long trekking trousers); in case of uncertain weather it is advisable to bring a raincoat, backpack with water and energy food, optional foldable trekking poles to put in the backpack.
