Laughing at sunset is an experience dedicated to the pursuit of our well-being, in a charming and relaxed location.
The meeting will be directly at your villa from where you will be taken to an exclusive and fascinating location near Polignano a Mare.
Laughing even without a real external stimulus is good for the heart and mind, with effects similar to a sports session, lowering pressure, reducing stress, and activating the immune system. In addition, laughing regulates blood pressure and improves the general mood.
In this unique and unforgettable afternoon, a coach will guide you on a real journey of research and inner discovery, increasing personal awareness.
During the session you will perform fun physical exercises that help stimulate the physical and playful side and feed the body, mind and soul.
After laughing at sunset, at the end of this incredible journey, you will be offered an aperitif-dinner, in the sea breeze of summer evening.
By the pool, in an evocative setting, you are served dishes prepared with organic and natural foods, and non-alcoholic and detox drinks such as fruit cocktails or natural juices.
We recommend that you wear or bring with you comfortable and sporty clothing, a beach towel, mineral water and a bathing suit.
