We are ready to safely welcome you in our villas thanks to the following actions.
We trust these actions will help put your mind at ease and we promise to keep our safety protocols updated as the situation evolves.
1. Employee health & safety training
2. Employee temperature checks
Employee temperature is always measured at the beginning of every shift. Anyone with a temperature equal to or higher than 37.5 Celsius will be asked to stay home and seek medical attention.
Employees will also be asked to stay home and seek medical attention if they, or someone in their household, has any COVID-19 symptoms.
3. Disinfection before Guest arrival
Our cleaning products meet the Italian guidelines for approved effective use against viruses and bacteria.
The disinfection of the main touchpoints and surfaces is made using a product called SANIDART. It contains Chlorhexidine and Quaternaries in hydroalcoholic solution. It is also used in healthcare environments for the disinfection and cleaning of washable surfaces in patient rooms. SANIDART is an approved and certified Medical-Surgical Unit.
4. Disinfection after Guest departure
Following the departure of the previous Guests staying in your same villa, our housekeepers will have sprayed the environmental sanitizer called IGIENIZZANTE AMBIENTALE on all the touchpoints and fabrics.
This product sanitizes entire environments, thanks to the ingredient hydrogen peroxide. The product guarantees a highly effective virucidal and antibacterial action.
The formula is even ideal for sanitizing environments subject to medical and food sanitation plans.
The environmental sanitization will also protect our housekeepers against the risks of Covid-19.
5. Linen and towels
All bed linen, bath towels and pool towels have been washed at a high temperature and disinfected with professional washing products authorized and certified by the Italian Ministry of Health. In particular, linen and towels are treated with CHRIOX 5 by Christeyns
All washable fabrics are washed at temperatures above 60°C before your arrival or, if this is not possible, will be washed with disinfectants approved by the Italian Ministry of Health.
All non-washable fabrics will be disinfected using environmental sanitizer approved by the Italian Ministry of Health.
7. Air filters and exchange
We’ve increased the frequency of maintenance of air filters and fresh air exchange will be maximised during the changeover cleanings.
8. Medical assistance
In case you or anyone of your party holidaying with you has any COVID-19 symptoms, we will assist you to follow the protocol of the Italian Ministry of Health. We will provide assistance and linguistic mediation with health authorities.
9. Interaction with our staff
During the check-in, check-out and any other physical interaction with our staff, we’ll meet the required guidelines for proper social distancing by standing at least 1 meter away from other people. Our staff will always wear a face mask. In case we are requested to enter into the house, our staff will also wear shoe covers.
10. Control on external partners
We request and monitor our partners and suppliers to comply with our safety instructions as well as the requirements of the Italian health authorities.
11. No temperature checks for Guests
We are not legally required to conduct temperature checks on Guests. For this reason, we won’t do any temperature checks on Guests.
We invite our Guests to promptly inform us of any COVID-19 symptoms and we will arrange medical assistance.
Frequently Asked Questions COVID-19 Safety protocol:
Do you use the Ozone generator for the sanification of the villa?
The Ozone is not certified against Covid-19. However, it can kill up to 99% of virus and bacteria. For this reason we do use Ozon periodically in our villas but not specifically for Covid-19. The Ozone treatment cannot replace our standard Covid-19 safety protocol. The Ozone generator can only be used when the villa is empty for at least 48 hours.
May I request additional safety requirements for my own safety?
